Sunday BBQ Update: still need a few more helpers and food items

Hi Ladies,
On Jul 25th we are having a BBQ after our church services. We need to get everyone involved if possible. Pastor and Sis Martha are suppling the BBQ meat.  We are planning for approx 60 adult plates and 20 kids plates. The items below are what we currently have, and also what we need still. Lets see if we can get everyone too help a little to make this a big success!

We need people to help serve and clean up. We would like to get some different people to help with this, as it seems to be a lot of the same core group each time. Please offer yourself.

BUNS
Lina -16 (2-8pks)
Kathy -48 (2-24pk)

CUPCAKES
Stacey -2 doz
Risa -2 doz
Jen -2 doz

CHIPS
Risa -1 bag
Alison -2 bags

SALADS
Teri -Potato Salad
Joy -Pasta Salad

BAKED BEANS
Linda -1 crock pot

COOKIES
Linda -5 doz assorted

STILL NEED
at least 1 more Potato Salad and 1 more Pasta Salad
we could use 1 more crock pot of baked beans
